⚽ Clubs / Events Being Served

Select any entity to view its full profile. All section dropdowns below will sync automatically.

Entity Status

👤 Edit Contacts

Update president, admin, payment coordinator, and assignor info for any entity.

📍 Venue Assignment

Add new venues and fields to an existing club. Existing venues and fields are not modified.

💰 Referee Pay

Adjust CR, AR, and solo rates per age group. Blank = not paid for that slot.

⚽ Crew Rules

Set which AR slots are active per age group. Unchecked slots are blocked in the workstation and excluded from the openings board and pay portals.

➕ Add New Organization/Club/Tournament/Event

Create a new club, organization, tournament, or event with venues, contacts, and portal settings.

⚠ Remove Entity

Permanently deletes the entity and its associated venue/field records. Games are not deleted.

🏃 Recreation & Unaffiliated Organizations

Manage town recreation departments and other unaffiliated groups. Review insurance, activate organizations, and control which appear on the openings board.
