Looks up each seeded referee by name and sets their Zip Code field if it's blank. Safe to run at any time — does not delete refs, games, availability, or assignments.

Creates realistic schedules for Griswold and East Haddam — 7 games each per day (56 total across both weekends). Also creates 75 fake referees (mix of 1st Season through 20+ years across all clubs) and submits availability for all of them for all four days.
